1/96 - Present: Digital Market Research, Inc., New York, N.Y. Principal responsible for the day to day business management of this highly successful computer consulting and professional placement firm.

12/94 - 2/97: Longview Technologies, LLC., Palo Alto, Ca. Vice President and co-founder. Longview Technologies was formed specifically for the design and development of highly advanced virtual machine technology for optimizing and improving the execution speed of object oriented languages such as Small Talk and Java. The specific purpose was to make object oriented languages perform at speeds approaching a compiled language such as C or C++. During that time, Mr. Roeske provided business and financial management to Longview Technologies. In February 1997, Longview Technologies was purchased by Sun Microsystems' Java Soft subsidiary. The HotSpot technology developed by Longview Technologies is a significant addition to Sun Microsystems' J2EE product suite.

9/90 - 1/96: Horizon Technologies of New York, Inc. (HTNY), New York, N.Y. CEO responsible for the day to day business management of a highly successful software development and computer consulting firm. Horizon Technologies was formed to assist clients by offering a broad range of computer services and problem solving skills. Under Mr. Roeske's management, HTNY grew to over 50 professionals and booked over 4.8 million dollars in 1995 sales. In January 1996, the company was acquired by a larger system integrator in order to increase that integrator's presence and market share in the New York metropolitan area.

7/85 - 1/90: Computer Maintenance Inc. President. Started third party personal computer maintenance company from the ground up with a $300,000 dollar investment. Mr. Roeske had total authority over the entire operations (budgets, hiring, bank accounts etc.) from inception. In six months the company was profitable on a monthly accrual basis and within one year CMI was profitable on a monthly cash basis. For the year ended 1989 revenues for services were up to three million with an account base of over fifteen hundred customers, 70 employees, two New York offices and bank revenues of approximately $500,000.
